OATA has a democratic structure with board of 15 Directors, who are elected by members at our Annual General Meeting. Directors must stand for re-election every three years. The Directors have meetings quarterly, to which the staff and Chief Executive, Keith Davenport, must report. Any of our 700 members may be nominated to stand for election to the Board of Directors. The Board reflects the nature of business of our membership, and is answerable to it. Our secretariat is responsible to the Board.
