Brooksby Melton College is located within an 850 acre
estate which boasts excellent on-site training facilities.
These include:
- A commercial semi-intensive ornamental and coarse
fish farm
- 2 tropical units with in excess of 100 heated aquaria
- Intensive warm water hatchery and broodstock facilities
- 2 Acre day-ticket fishery
- Ornamental lake
- River Wreake, heavily stocked with fish including,
chub, roach perch and pike
In addition to these facilities, the college benefits
from substantial links with fisheries and fish farms throughout
