Retailers pay £125 (including VAT) per annum, in return for which (as well as ensuring the well being of the industry) they receive:

• the OATA newsletter "The Voice", containing news of the issues affecting the industry and
• the right to display the OATA Members Logo in their premises, signifying to their customers that they will abide by the OATA Customer Charter and they may participate in;
