Point-of-sale
OATA provides members with point of sale information intended to help the public avoid fishkeeping problems and to reinforce the advice given by retailers. Some information helps to demonstrate responsible retailing, thus avoiding some of the potential situations outlined in the Briefing Document on the Sale of Goods legislation.

We provide these leaflets free of charge, due to the tremendous support of our members.

Introducing New Fish to your Aquarium or Pond flyers
The "Introducing…" flyer is A4 black and white and suitable for photocopying. It outlines the essential stages of the acclimatisation process, reinforces the need for care and promotes the use of test kits to ensure that the water quality needs of fish are met.

It provides our members with the opportunity to supply their customers with written information on this very important topic, to reinforce their verbal advice.
