The Code of Conduct and OATA materials explaining Water Quality Criteria have been made available to all the 400+ local councils in the UK overseeing pet shop licensing. This information should help ensure that Environmental Health Officers are able to undertake effective inspections when issuing Pet Shop licenses. It has been encouraging that we are regularly contacted for further information.

We also provide a Customer Charter so that members of the public know what they should expect from their retailer.
